Berry Breakfast Shake
1 cup Wyman's Mango & Berries frozen mix 1 tsp Cold milled chia & flax seed powder 4 oz Odwalla Orange Juice 1 1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder (your favorite brand) 1 scoop Collagen Peptides Hand full of fresh spinach Top off with a bit more water Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Tah dah! A simple and yummy quick shake in the morning. I use a Ninja Blender and it works like a champ! |
PCH Sandwich
2 slices Lightly toasted Oasis Sprouted bread 2 Tbsp unsalted crunchy Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp Original cream cheese spread And drizzle with honey and Chia seeds. This is the sandwich my daughter made by accident and lo and behold despite the obvious crinkled noses due to ingredient list, it's tastes like a creamy PB & Honey sandwich! Simply place the ingredients between the two slices of toasted bread and enjoy. Be adventurous and give it a try!! |
